Dr. Yeneneh Betru

(1966-2001)

 

 

 

Since June, 2000, Dr. Yeneneh Betru had been the Director of Medical Affairs at IPC in Los Angeles, California.  Dr. Betru, a Board Certified Internist and a member of the American Medical Association, had been practicing as a Hospitalist over the last two years since finishing his residency.   Dr. Betru received his Medical Degree from the University of Michigan Medical School, and completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at LAC-USC Medical Center.

On September 11, 2001, Dr. Yeneneh Betru was aboard American Airlines Flight 77 bound from Washington, D.C. to Los Angeles, CA. The flight was hijacked and subsequently crashed into the Pentagon.

 

Dr. Yeneneh Betru is survived by his parents, two brothers and a sister.
