JUDICIAL BRANCH
|
Judicial powers, both at the federal and state level, are vested in the courts. Judges are elected by the national legislature. Judges are expected to exercise their functions in full independence, and are expected to be directed solely by the law. The Federal Supreme Court has the final judicial power over federal matters.
