Question : What is US Connection Line (Low Rates Calling, Inc.)?

Answer: US Connection Line is a complete telecommunication company that provides competitive long distance telephone service 24 hours a day. US Connection Line provides great quality service to its customers. Low Rates Calling, Inc. is an affiliate of US Connection Line.

Question: How is this service billed to its customers?

Answer: You will continue to receive the same phone bill from your local long distance company. Our bill comes right along with your local long distance bill. All you would have to do is pay one check to your current local long distance company. We do not bill separately for your convenience, but our charges will be clearly marked on your regular phone bill.

Question: How would I be able to cancel the service?

Answer: Just don’t use the service at all and you will not receive a phone bill from us. There’s no contract with this service. Once you see your savings, canceling will be last thing on your mind.

Question: What makes your service better than the phone cards that I use?

Answer: Phone cards are pretty much a rip offs! You really don’t get the minutes that they tell you will get. Phone cards have connection fees, surcharges, and maintenance fees. Additionally, you have to make those extra trips to buy phone cards. With this service, “What you see is what you get!” There are no hidden charges, just a low monthly fee of $3.00 - and you don't have to leave your home!

Question: Do I get monthly fee even if I don’t use the service?

Answer: No. If you don’t use the service at all for a particular month, you will not receive a monthly fee. If you use it once you will be charged the monthly fee.

Question: These rates are too good to be true, are these weekend promotion rates?

Answer: No. These rates are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No complications!

Question: I live outside the USA. Can I also use the service?

Answer: No. Unfortunately, this service is only for people that live in the USA.

Question: I’m already a customer. Can I use this service on another phone besides mine?

Answer: You will only be able to use the service on the phone number you signed up for. If you want to use it on another line, sign up with us again.

Question: How long will it take for me to be activated with this service?

Answer: It takes about 1-3 days.
