Some things that we can do to make a difference:

1) Set aside mistrustful attitudes and donate our funds and time either through community based efforts or the established International Aid Agencies. The time to act is NOW!

2) Build grass-roots efforts in every city and then establish an umbrella organization that will coordinate efforts in order to keep redundancy of our efforts to a minimum.

3) Organizations should make a commitment to complete transparency of their activities in order to build trust and credibility.
